Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking a stay at B&B Reggio Charme. Your use of our website and reservation at our facility implies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These conditions govern contracts for the temporary use of B&B rooms for lodging and for any additional services provided by the B&B.
Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by e-mail. When making a reservation, the Client must provide the necessary information, including name, phone number, e-mail, arrival and departure dates. The reservation will be confirmed by sending a confirmation e-mail to the Client.
Payment
The rates for the stay will be indicated at the time of booking.Sojourn tax, which involves an additional charge of 1.50 euros per person per day, is calculated at the time of booking on the site and added to the total before payment.
The balance must be paid in Euros, either through the website or when checking in at the facility.
The B&B is required to make available the rooms booked by the Client as stated in the confirmation e-mail from the B&B. The Client is required to pay in full the agreed price for the stay.
We accept the following payment methods:
Paypal and credit card
Payment on the spot (cash or credit card).
The desired form of billing (invoice or tax receipt) must be communicated at the time of booking.
WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION
Cancellation by the B&B The B&B is authorized for good reason to cancel the reservation without liability for damages, for example, if
Force majeure or other circumstances beyond the scope of B&B make it impossible to fulfill the arrangements made.
A reservation was made by providing the B&B with misleading or false information.
The B&B has reasonable grounds to believe that the accommodation may compromise the smooth operation, safety, or reputation of the B&B in public.
Should any of the above cases occur, the B&B has a duty to inform the Client of the cancellation immediately.
Cancellation by Customer Cancellation of reservation or notice of early departure must be made in writing (by e-mail or WhatsApp).
Within 5 days from the date of the Client’s arrival, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge, without payment of a penalty by the Client.
In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no-show (customer does not arrive and cancel the reservation) penalties may apply.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are as follows:
Check-in: starting from 12:00 noon,
Check-out: by 10:00 am.
Any changes to check-in and check-out times due to special needs must be arranged in advance with the B&B management.
Responsibility of the structure
Liability of the B & B The B & B assumes liability for breach of contractual obligations arising from its own negligence or that of its legal representatives or employees. Liability is in all cases limited to the foreseeable damage related to the booking contract. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
The B&B is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal property during their stay. It is recommended that guests use the safe available in the rooms to store valuables.
A claim for damages, regardless of the legal reason, is barred unless the B&B acted maliciously.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for damages to buildings and/or inventory caused by himself, his family, guests or pets, according to the provisions of the law. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain sufficient insurance for such liability cases.
Privacy and data processing
Information that the customer gives to the b&b by phone, in person, by fax or through a form will be processed by the b&b, unless otherwise agreed, for purposes related to the management of the reservation and stay at the facility.
The customer has at any time the right to access, update, correct or delete data or to object to their processing according to Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our site and will be effective upon posting. You should check this page regularly for updates.
