What are the check-in and check-out times?

The check-in is available from 12:00, while the check-out must be done by 10:00. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance to check the availability of early check-in or late check-out.

Is payment made at the time of booking or upon arrival?

You can choose to pay in advance o directly at the facility. We accept credit card, PayPal and payment on the spot.

Is it possible to cancel the reservation without penalty?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. After this deadline, penalties may apply.

Are there additional fees to be paid?

Yes, the tourist tax is 1.50€ per guest per night and is added to the cost of the room.

Can I make a reservation for just one night?

Yes, there are no minimum or maximum duration limits for reservation.

Does the room price vary according to the season?

Yes, prices vary according to season and availability. Rates range between. 50-60€ for single e 60-80€ for double.

Is the price per room or per person?

Prices are per guest, not per room.

Can I add an extra bed or crib?

Yes, upon request we can provide a baby’s cradle at a cost of €10.

Is it necessary to indicate whether you are traveling with children?

No, but if you need a baby’s cradle, you can add it as an additional service during the booking process.

Can multiple rooms be booked at the same time?

Yes, you can book multiple rooms at the same time, subject to availability.

Are animals allowed?

Yes, only in rooms with a small terrace (Aura and Eden). We ask you to let us know in advance.

How can I contact the facility for questions or special requests?

You can contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp for any information before booking.

Is transportation service available to/from the airport?

We do not offer a shuttle service, but you can get to the B&B easily with the airport shuttle which stops at the central station.

Does the B&B have a permanent reception desk?

No, we do not have a fixed reception desk, so we ask that you let us know your arrival time in advance to arrange check-in.

Does the B&B have private parking?

No, we do not have private parking., but you can find free street parking nearby.

Is breakfast included?

No, we do not offer breakfast, but in each room you will find. mini-bar, kettle, coffee maker, pods, tea bags, chamomile and herbal teas.

Does the B&B accept last-minute reservations?

Yes, we accept last-minute reservations, subject to room availability.

How can I change my reservation?

You can change your reservation by contacting us directly, subject to availability.

Can I pay with cash on arrival?

Yes, cash payment is accepted directly at the facility.
